Step into the spotlight… or cheer from the crowd!

Spotlight Night is one of the most exciting moments in our community — a live, performance-style experience built right into our social dances. Dancers get the opportunity to take the floor one couple at a time and share their movement, creativity, and personality with the room.

There are no judges, no pressure — just great music, an encouraging crowd, and a chance to grow.

We now offer two unique Spotlight Night experiences each month, each with its own vibe:

✨ Tuesday Spotlight Night (1st Tuesday)

A more intimate, West Coast Swing-focused experience with only 5 couples total. This night is perfect for dancers who want a focused, supportive environment to perform, experiment, and build confidence.

🔥 Thursday Spotlight Night (3rd Thursday)

A high-energy crossover night featuring both West Coast Swing and Country Swing. This event includes 6 couples total:

3 West Coast Swing couples
3 Country Swing couples

This night brings both communities together for a dynamic, exciting performance atmosphere.

For both nights, couples may:
• Choose their own song
• Or let the DJ surprise them
• Perform improv, routines, or creative pieces

Whether you're dancing or watching, Spotlight Night is all about celebrating the people in our community.

📝 HOW TO SIGN UP – TUESDAY SPOTLIGHT NIGHT

Spots are limited to 5 couples per month and tend to fill quickly.

To participate:

(Optional) Let us know if you’re bringing your own song or want a DJ surprise

Once spots are filled, additional couples may be placed on a waitlist.

Thursday Spotlight includes 6 total spots:

3 for West Coast Swing
3 for Country Swing

Reserve your spot as a couple
(Optional) Choose your song or opt for a DJ surprise

Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis within each style category.
