We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, share information about our classes and lessons, help you get started with dance, and communicate with you about your request. We also keep customer and purchase records and may use your email address for future class and event marketing unless you opt out, subject to applicable consent requirements. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us to stop marketing.

Phone, email, and SMS communication

We may contact you by phone or email regarding your inquiry. Submitting an inquiry or signup form does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages. SMS customer care requires your express opt-in. You may request that we stop contacting you at any time.

District Dance Academy offers requested SMS customer care. After you expressly agree during a call, we may send a follow-up text about your inquiry and respond to your questions. We do not sell your mobile information or share it with third parties for their marketing. Service providers process messaging and consent records only to operate this service on our behalf.

Information you submit directly to those services is subject to their own privacy policies and terms. Online tutorial memberships are operated by H&S Dance Professionals LLC through Uscreen. Third-party checkout providers process payment information; please review their notices when booking or purchasing.

Information retention

We retain information for as long as needed for class and event administration, purchase and accounting records, customer support, or permitted future marketing, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. We review stored information annually and delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed. We stop using your information for marketing when you opt out. Opting out does not automatically delete purchase records or information that we must retain to meet legal obligations.
